Refund Policy

At JJ’s Pit Stop, we strive to provide convenient, professional, and reliable vehicle maintenance directly at your doorstep. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want you to feel confident when booking our services.
1. Service Refunds

Completed Services: Once a mobile oil change or other service has been completed, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Service Issues: If you are unsatisfied with the quality of service, please contact us within 48 hours of the appointment. We will review your concern and may, at our discretion, provide a re-service or partial refund.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customer Cancellations:

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a $20 cancellation fee.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your service up to 12 hours before the appointment without penalty.
3. No-Show Policy
Suppose our technician arrives at the scheduled location and is unable to perform the service due to the customer's absence or an inaccessible vehicle. In that case, the appointment will be considered a no-show, and a $20 service charge will be applied.
4. Subscription Plans

Customers who purchase Pit Stop+ monthly or PREMIUM six-month plans may cancel within the first 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no services have been used.

After 7 days or after the first service, subscription plans are non-refundable, but may be canceled to avoid future billing.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
