Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Policy

  • All appointments must be booked in advance via our website, phone, or app.

  • Customers may reschedule or cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance with no penalty.

  • No-Show Policy: If a customer is not present or the vehicle cannot be accessed at the scheduled time, a service charge of 25%–75% of the total service price will apply, depending on travel distance and location.

  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before service) may also incur a $40 service call fee.

 

2. Home Service & Access                       Policy

  • JJ's Pit Stop provides services at the customer’s home or designated location.

  • Customers must ensure their vehicle is in a safe, legal, and accessible location before the scheduled appointment.

  • If our technician cannot legally or safely access the vehicle, the appointment may be canceled and a $20 attempt fee will be charged.

  • JJ's Pit Stop is not responsible for fines, tickets, or damages resulting from improper parking or restricted access.

 

3. Payment & Fees

  • Full payment is required at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made.

  • Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit/debit card, or approved digital payment methods.

  • Fees may include service charges, subscription fees, no-show charges, or access attempt fees, as applicable.

  • Prices are subject to change, but customers will be notified in advance for scheduled services.

 

4. Liability & Disclaimers

  • JJ's Pit Stop is not liable for pre-existing vehicle issues unrelated to the services provided.

  • While we take every precaution to deliver safe, high-quality service, we are not responsible for unforeseen mechanical failures outside the scope of our work.

  • Customers are responsible for securing personal property in and around their vehicle during service.

 

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure that vehicles are safe and ready for the requested service.

  • Provide accurate vehicle information and notify us of any known issues or special instructions.

  • Provide necessary access details (gate codes, parking instructions, etc.) in advance.

  • Treat technicians with professionalism and respect. Service may be discontinued if a technician feels unsafe.

 

6. Service Guarantee

  • JJ's Pit Stop guarantees professional, timely, and courteous service.

  • Any concerns or issues with service must be reported within 24 hours for review and resolution.

 

These Terms and Conditions are subject to change. Updates will be posted on our website with an effective date.
